Register for the Annual Community Partners Classic Golf Tournament on JUNE 16, 2017
Register for the Annual Community Partners Classic Charity Golf tournament at the Champlain Country Club in Swanton on Friday, June 16, 2017.
In 2007, three local organizations joined forces to combine three very popular golf tournaments into one spectacular event called The Community Partners Classic. Today the event brings together over 200 participants and volunteers from the community for a great day at the beautiful Champlain Country Club. The tournament provides a fun opportunity for local businesses and individuals to partner with key community organizations and work together to build a strong future for our region.
- United Way of Northwest Vermont is dedicated to improving lives in our area by connecting people and resources to find solutions to our communities most pressing needs.
- Northwestern Counsling & Support Services is a private, non-profit, human services agency serving Franklin and Grand Isle Counties providing intervention and support to children, teens, and adults with emotional and behavioral problems, mental illness and developmental disabilities.
- Northwestern Medical Center is a vibrant, not-for-profit, primary care hospital nestled at the top of Fairfield Street in St. Albans, Vermont. The small sizeof this community hospital brings a family feel to a modern facility with high-tech equipment.
Our three organizations have a history of working well together in various capacities to care for the wide range of health and human service needs of the people of northwestern Vermont. Your support helps us to work collectively as well as to address our own individual missions.
To truly make a change, we MUST work together. Now is the time to raise the bar and expect a better quality of life for our neighbors who struggle. If we all give the best way we can, we can make our community the best it can be. There’s a place for everyone at our table – join us and get involved in a way that’s meaningful for you.
